To better understand the risks associated with ribavirin pregnancy exposures and their outcomes, the Ribavirin Pregnancy Registry has been established to collect and evaluate direct or indirect exposures to ribavirin during pregnancy. Two important changes in 2006 to the way health claims forms are submitted. Creation of a National Provider Identifier and New 1500 Claim Form-Impact on Physician Payment take effect in 2006.
