Registration

Registration for ACG 2008 is now open.  Pre-register by September 12, 2008!

How to Register
Follow the instructions below when registering.

Step 1 · Contact Information
Provide your contact information (including email address) online or on the Registration Form.

Step 2 · Course Selections
To register, choose one of the educational programs under your corresponding registration category.  You may now select one of the optional programs offered at the meeting on Friday, October 3.  Note:  If you select the 3-Day Board Review, you do not need to register for Pathology & Imaging in the Evaluation of Gastrointestinal Disease Course or What’s New in GI Pharmacology Course.  Please circle the Friday Program(s) you would like to attend.

Step 3 · Optional Learning Luncheons and Breakfast Sessions
For those who select the Postgraduate Course, you have the option of attending up to two of the 24 Postgraduate Course Learning Luncheons (one each day) to be offered.  The cost is only $50 each.  Learning Luncheons are offered on Saturday and Sunday, October 4 and 5.  You may choose one Learning Luncheon each day.  Learning Luncheons are optional.  Since Learning Luncheons fill up fast, please choose your top three choices for each day by numbering them 1, 2 or 3.  We will make every effort to accommodate your top choice.

If you signed up for the Annual Scientific Meeting, you have the option of attending up to two of the 13 Annual Scientific Meeting Breakfast Sessions offered on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 7 and 8.  The cost is only $40 each.  Since Breakfast Sessions fill up fast, please choose your top three choices for each day by numbering them 1, 2 or 3.  We will make every effort to accommodate your top choice.

Step 4 · Additional Offerings
ACG offers additional programs or materials to certain attendees.

  • Fellows-in-training may sign up for the luncheon on Sunday, October 5, titled “What I Learned in My First Year of Practice.”  The cost for the luncheon is $25.  This luncheon is available only to GI Fellows-in-Training.
  • Allied Health Professionals Symposium is free to all ACG allied health members.  Non-members pay $75 if they are not registered for any other ACG 2008 course.  Pre-registration is encouraged. Check the box if you would like to attend this three-hour symposium on Sunday, October 5.
  • Self-Assessment Test Online.  Postgraduate Course registrants may purchase the 2008 Online Self-Assessment Test.  The advance purchase is available only to 2008 Postgraduate Course registrants.

Step 5 · Payment
Registration selections are now complete.  If you choose to mail or fax the Registration Form, please complete the payment information on the form and sign the form.
